D4.1 EE renovation market mechanisms, trends and barriers
This report articulates itself within a more general three phase analytical process directed towards the alleviation of market barriers and failures within the EE renovation market. The global structure is composed of an analysis of general market trends and mechanisms in the preliminary phase, then a more contextualized set of more specific barriers that may be overshadowed by the more generalist variables will be compiled and analysed, finally the latter barriers will be mapped out in the EE renovation value chain in order to gain more understanding on the stakeholders most affected and solutions will be offered in order to minimize these negative effects and develop strategies for achieving the EU´s targeted yearly renovation rates.
D4.2 Ensuring Successful Repilicability In EE Renovation Business Schemes
This document is focused on the provision of solutions dedicated towards the alleviation of the multiple micro level barriers to the energy efficient renovation market presented in the previous deliverable D4.1 of the STUNNING project.
The deliverable will focus on providing solutions that foster SME participation in the market and value chain. In order to do so, a simplified value chain of the EE renovation process was presented in order to understand which SMEs intervene at which moment and in order to then map the identified barriers within this model so that it is possible to understand which actors are most affected, during which process and how.
D5.1 Report on the scenario identified
This document constitutes the deliverable D5.1 “Report on the scenario identified” of the STUNNING project “SusTainable bUsiNess models for the deep renovation of buIldiNGs” (GA: 768287). It reports the activities carried out in the framework of the definition and promotion of new business models for existing buildings’ deep renovation towards their validation through business cases.
D5.2 Report on Case Studies Results
This document provides the analysis of the real application of the promising Business Models (identified in the document D5.1) within real business cases. The Business Cases (BC) represent the successful deep refurbishment of low energy buildings by mean of proposed innovative technologies and/or business models. As such, a detailed analysis of these business cases have been performed with the aim of evaluating and highlighting their distinctive elements as well as their common features towards potential optimization and, if possible, wider replication.
D5.3 Report on Replicability potential
This document provides the analysis of the replicability potential of the identified Business Models. The analysis leverages on one hand on the identification of key factors of the real application of the promising Business Models identified in deliverable D5.1 within real business cases. On the other hand, the most favourable countries at EU level, under market, economic and financial point of view are highlighted. Last but not least, the geo-clustering approach has been also used to assess potential replicability across EU.
